The Movements Report gives you a summary of shipping activity — useful for understanding throughput, total items moved, and weight dispatched over any time window.

## Accessing the report

Navigate to **Movements → Reports**.

## Filters

| Filter             | Description                                                    |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Project**        | Restrict to a single project.                                  |
| **Client**         | Restrict to a specific client's packing lists.                 |
| **Date from / to** | Include only packing lists checked out within this date range. |

## Group by options

| Group by    | Description                    |
| ----------- | ------------------------------ |
| **Project** | One row per project.           |
| **Client**  | One row per client.            |
| **Week**    | One row per ISO calendar week. |
| **Month**   | One row per calendar month.    |

## Metrics per group

| Metric                 | Description                                                 |
| ---------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Packing list count** | Number of packing lists in the group.                       |
| **Total items**        | Number of distinct packing list line items.                 |
| **Total quantity**     | Sum of all item quantities across packing lists.            |
| **Total weight (kg)**  | Aggregate weight (quantity × unit weight) across all items. |
