ESO uses invite links to bring new users into your organisation. Instead of sending individual email invites, you generate a link with a defined role and expiry, then share it with the people you want to onboard.

## Creating an invite link

Navigate to **Settings → Invite Links** and click **New Invite Link**.

| Field | Description |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Role** | The role the invited user will receive when they join (`org:admin`, `org:member`, or `truck_broker`). |
| **Max uses** | How many times the link can be used before it is automatically deactivated. Default is 1. |
| **Expires at** | A date/time after which the link is no longer valid. |
| **Note** | Optional internal note to remind you who this link was created for. |

## Using an invite link

Share the generated URL with the recipient. When they open it:

1. They are prompted to sign in or create an ESO account.
2. Once authenticated, they are automatically added to your organisation with the configured role.
3. The link's usage counter is incremented. If it has reached its maximum uses, it becomes inactive.

## Managing active links

The Invite Links page shows all current links, their usage count, expiry date, and status. You can **revoke** a link at any time to prevent it from being used again, even if it has not yet expired or reached its maximum uses.
