1. The Resource Hierarchy

Eso uses a structured data model to keep your logistics clear. Everything is organized by Organization (your company), then broken down into Clients, Projects, and physical Locations.

2. Custom Inventory Fields

Don’t be limited by standard tracking. Use our Custom Field Defs to add project-specific data like $PO$ numbers, $Vessel$ names, or $String$ IDs that automatically appear in your dashboard and on Packing Lists.

3. Granular Permissions & Scoping

Eso features a sophisticated security model. You can assign broad Roles (Admin, Member, Truck Broker), fine-tune them with Permission Overrides, and restrict visibility using Resource Scopes to ensure users only see the data relevant to their specific job site.
