Settings Overview

The Settings area (/settings) is where administrators configure organisation-wide preferences, manage users, and control access.

General settings

Settings → General (/settings) lets you configure:

Setting	Description
Default Length Unit	The unit used for inventory dimensions: `cm`, `m`, `in`, or `ft`.
Default Weight Unit	The unit used for inventory weights: `kg`, `lb`, `t` (metric ton), or `st` (US short ton).
Checkout Photo Requirement	The minimum number of photos that must be uploaded before a packing list can be finalised. Set to `0` to disable the requirement.
Packing List Footer Text	Custom text that appears at the bottom of printed/exported packing lists.
Organisation Logo	Upload your company logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP — max 5 MB). The logo appears on printed packing lists.
