Movements Reports

The Movements Report gives you a summary of shipping activity — useful for understanding throughput, total items moved, and weight dispatched over any time window.

Accessing the report

Navigate to Movements → Reports.

Filters

Filter	Description
Project	Restrict to a single project.
Client	Restrict to a specific client’s packing lists.
Date from / to	Include only packing lists checked out within this date range.

Group by options

Group by	Description
Project	One row per project.
Client	One row per client.
Week	One row per ISO calendar week.
Month	One row per calendar month.

Metrics per group

Metric	Description
Packing list count	Number of packing lists in the group.
Total items	Number of distinct packing list line items.
Total quantity	Sum of all item quantities across packing lists.
Total weight (kg)	Aggregate weight (quantity × unit weight) across all items.
