Containers

The Containers section lets you record and manage shipping containers that are used to move goods. A container is linked to a specific project and client.

Container fields

FieldDescription
Container NumberThe ISO shipping container identifier (e.g. MSCU1234567).
Vessel NumberBill-of-lading or vessel reference number.
Seal NumberThe customs seal number applied to the container.
Port of LoadingThe port where the container was loaded.
Port of DischargeThe destination port.
Vessel NameThe name of the ship carrying the container.
Voyage NumberThe voyage or booking reference.

Attachments

Documents and photos can be attached to a container — for example, bill of lading, customs declarations, or loading photos. Up to 10 files can be uploaded at once. Supported types include images, PDFs, and general documents. Attachments are stored securely and can be downloaded on demand from the container detail page.


Viewing containers

Navigate to Movements → Containers. The list can be filtered by project and client.

Creating a container

  1. From the Containers page, click New Container.
  2. Select the project and client.
  3. Enter at least a container number.
  4. Fill in the optional shipping details and save.
